These are whiskey barrel staves cut-offs. (yes they still smell of whiskey!) and heather tea!

If you’ve got any idea how to use this in a project, let me know. Might make a cool hybrid blank!

This is a focaccia recipe I tried out today. Turned out pretty good.

As a way to help curb anxiety I will sometimes turn to baking. As you might imagine, the last few years have seen a steady increase in my output. :)

Just got off the train to London and padded around a bit playing tourist and looking for dinner. We need to try a curry before we leave town. We did stop by to wave to Her Majesty before heading off to bed.

If I can get this block thru customs I’ll bring it with me to @makerscentral and maybe @easywoodtools would let me turn it at their booth!
